Introducing "Untrue Facts About Benjamin Franklin"

Benjamin Franklin is turning 300 -- and Philadelphia Will Do is joining the party!

From now until Jan. 17, we're counting down an unspecified number of untrue acts about our favorite founding father -- some stuff you thought was true, some you didn't, and all if which you shouldn't believe (because it's all made up).

Today's Untrue Fact About Benjamin Franklin:

1. Benjamin Franklin's favorite brand of body spray was Axe.

Happy 300th birthday, Ben! From now until Jan. 17, we're counting up from 1 to whenever we get tired of it with a list of untrue facts concerning one Benjamin Franklin, founding father and the greatest SEPTA conductor this city's ever had.
